I’m Kamari Vilches, a South Jersey–based Latina entrepreneur helping women become the confident leaders their businesses need.

I founded Become HER Again™ to offer the support I saw so many women entrepreneurs trying to find on their own. Through business education, marketing strategy, coaching, and speaking, I help women build visible brands, create intentional client experiences, and lead with clarity.

My background in banking, healthcare operations, and social media management shapes my belief that strong businesses start with strategy, systems, and the woman leading them.

God is at the center of my journey. I believe He gave me the vision for BHA, and I’m grateful for every woman I get to serve.

Jamie Curry

Talent Manager

Hi! I’m Jamie, the Talent Manager Consultant at Become HER Again, based in San Diego. I’m the people and process mind behind BHA, helping our team and clients feel supported through clear systems and thoughtful experiences.

My work includes client relationships, talent management, onboarding, and business operations. I also help women-led businesses build strong teams through hiring strategy, recruiting, team development, and leadership support, paying attention to both how things work and how people experience them.

For me, it’s about more than filling a role or creating a process. It’s about helping people feel supported, leaders feel equipped, and businesses grow with intention.

Hi! I’m Samarys, the Creative Director at Become HER Again.

I love taking a big idea, finding the heart behind it, and bringing it to life in a way that feels unmistakably like you.

Through branding, content strategy, social media, and visual storytelling, I help businesses connect what they want to say with how they want people to feel. My approach is equal parts creative and intentional. I’m not here to create content just to fill a feed; I want it to tell your story and give people something real to connect with.

A little more about my heart: I’m a loss mom and the founder of Little Lights by the Horizon. It’s a deeply personal part of my story and something I hold close alongside the creative work I get to share with the world.

Hey, I'm Kay! A marketing girlie, creative strategist, and mompreneur with two degrees in psychology, over 10 years of marketing experience, and 5+ years specializing in social media. I have a passion for helping women-owned businesses show up confidently, tell their stories, and build genuine connections with their communities. I love the psychology behind what makes people connect and bringing that understanding into the content I create.

When I'm not brainstorming content ideas or helping brands grow, you can probably find me at the park with my daughter, eating tacos, or trying to convince myself that I don't need another green outfit.
